Clinical Program Educator

Location: Any major US city

The focus of this position is two-fold. The primary role is to work closely with public health to ensure successful implementation and coordination of the TB Contact Investigation Support Program using QFT. Additionally, this position will work with new and current customers to achieve on-site QFT training and education in sample collection and handling.

Objectives:

Ensure successful implementation and coordination of the Contact Investigation Support Program;

• Achieve successful on-site customer implementation of QFT and other Cellestis products by providing sample collection and handling training and education;
• Monitor customer practice and implementation of QFT and other Cellestis products, including remedial training and summary reporting;
• Educate customers on principles of QFT and how to interpret results;
• Represent the company at customer sites.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years public health nursing or health care experience
• Experience in a public health setting, handling patients, administrative and logistical procedures associated with contact and outbreak investigations for tuberculosis
• Experience in a public health TB program
• Extensive phlebotomy experience

Qualifications:

• Public Health qualification
• Current Phlebotomy and RN license preferred
